Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after Dubai Golden Dunes provides confirmation through email, WhatsApp, phone, or another official communication channel.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, pickup information, travel dates, number of guests, and any other information required to arrange the service.
We may request advance payment, a deposit, or full payment depending on the selected package, travel date, group size, and availability.
Prices and Inclusions
Tour prices, inclusions, exclusions, pickup areas, and availability may change without prior notice. The final confirmed price will be shared before the booking is completed.
Unless clearly stated in the confirmed booking details, prices may not include personal expenses, optional activities, gratuities, travel insurance, or services not listed in the selected package.
Pickup and Drop-Off
Pickup and drop-off services are available only in designated areas and according to the confirmed booking details. Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
Pickup times may vary because of traffic, weather, hotel access, operational requirements, or desert conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests if a significant change is required.
Guests who are late or unavailable at the confirmed pickup point may miss the tour. Refunds may not be available in such cases.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to change your booking date, guest number, pickup location, or package, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment.
Dubai Golden Dunes may modify the itinerary, timing, vehicle, activity order, or pickup arrangement when necessary for safety, weather, traffic, operational, or legal reasons.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the confirmed package and the time of cancellation.
Where a specific cancellation policy is provided during booking, that policy will apply. If no separate policy is stated, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your request.
Refunds, where approved, may be reduced by non-refundable booking, payment-processing, supplier, or operational costs. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and provider.
No refund may be available for no-shows, late arrivals, missed pickups, or guests who are unable to participate because they did not meet safety or health requirements.
Weather, Safety, and Operational Changes
Desert activities may be affected by weather, sand conditions, road conditions, government instructions, safety requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For the safety of guests and staff, Dubai Golden Dunes may cancel, postpone, shorten, substitute, or modify any activity or tour. Where possible, we may offer an alternative date, alternative activity, credit, or refund according to the circumstances and applicable booking policy.
Guest Health and Safety
Desert safari activities, including dune bashing and off-road driving, may not be suitable for everyone. Guests should tell us before booking if they are pregnant, have back, neck, heart, mobility, or other health concerns, or have recently undergone surgery.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and ensuring that children meet any age, height, or safety requirements for the selected activity.
Guests must follow the instructions of drivers, guides, and staff. We may refuse participation or remove a guest from an activity if their behavior creates a safety risk, causes disruption, or violates applicable laws or instructions.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during pickup, tours, activities, and drop-off. Dubai Golden Dunes is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless required by applicable law.
Conduct and Respect for Local Laws
Guests must behave respectfully and comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Illegal, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Third-Party Services
Some services, activities, transportation, payment processing, or bookings may be provided by third-party suppliers. Where third-party services are involved, their own terms, conditions, and safety requirements may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dubai Golden Dunes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, booking services, tour participation, delays, cancellations, weather conditions, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.
